preset maps always are far from perfect... you live in florida, the map may have been designed around pump gas and climates in california... ALWAYS ALWAYS tune a car properly, it will be the determining factor in powerband... ive seen a VF22 spool like an SP74 does on a supra, wait until 4200k slam into boost... and the wrx wasnt making 700+hp like that supra was

the tuning was horrible, and prevented the car from using the timing advance and etc.. to spool the turbo. I believe it was a utec car on a VF34 map

nevertheless, if you are willing to try to go faster, spend the money wisely and find a good tuner, it doesnt matter the management, so long as your tuner can use both, and all the capabilities are there... out of all the driving you do, you will like the available midrange power and so forth that a proper tune can give you, otherwise you can deal with hiccups and silly amounts of lag, for turbos not flowing a whole lot of power!!! just make sure either you are fully capable of tuning the car, or you find someone who it... the sum of all the other expensive parts you buy will be determined by your tuner
