if you look at the guy who got shot.... when he is down, he is reaching for the gun again.. he gets the gun in his hand, and thats when the employee shoots him twice.

As far as muzzle flash is concerned... i've seen bigger.. so thats not an issue.... It seems that the recoil from the gun at the final two shots is quite real... as thats how the recoil is when you limp wrist a .357 (as it appears to be)
