Here it is:
car: 89 CRX si OBD0
Motor: Dohc ZC JDM

1. starter sent ground to 12v side of battery (replaced starter)
2. oil and battery light are on even if the ignition is off
3. check engine light doesn't come on when the ignition is on
4.The oil and battery light only come on when I connect the engine wiring harness

here are my questions:

What module controls the check engine light?
Do OBD1 and OBD0 injectors matter?
What do you think is the problem?
