She should be the parent she is and have parental control over her own children. Are we paying cops to babysit children now? He told her that he will send cops over AFTER they get done with their emergency call and she's like "Well don't rush over or anything."

I just don't get it, how will cops coming over to scare the kids help the mother in becoming a better parent to these children? I agree, he shouldn't have said what he said (even though it was pretty funny), but if she had better control over her own children, there would have been no reason to call 911.
