got an '89 towncar signature, lookin' to get some new wheels and some paint on it.

the stock wheels are cheap 5 lug faux spoked garbage. lookin' to get some stock sized(15") maybe bigger(16"-17") 70wire 3 blade cap chrome rims and some oldschool full whitewalls. any suggestions?

also, thinkin' about just takin'er through some econobake hellhole for a quick black paintjob. anyone recommend a reputable place to take it or if anyone can hook me up with a place i can get a real paintjob for cheap that'd be the jam.
