although everyone is tired of me posting...this is the latest on my car. it seems like vtec engages after the car is warm and i shut it off, then back on...and after that vtec engages and the car becomes really fast.
SAME thing is happening to me - when you turn your car off.. it resets the ecu; ie - you don't throw immediate codes so vtec will engage. After about 5 minutes - my car won't engage from low cam to high cam (vtec) and if I am going to "race" from a running start then I am really driving an LS turbo.. which is quick but should be quicker cause I have a GSR turbo in my hatch. I think I am getting a clogged vtec selenoid or... maybe I am throwing a code that is hendering vtec(::curses under breath:
