I wouldn't waste my time trying to convert it to AWD. That's a pain in the arse. Just buy the AWD model and sell his (if you pick it up). A 4g63t swap shouldn't be that hard, it's definetly been done before. That's all I'd concentrate on. Forget the AWD unless you either pick up an AWD model or if you find an AWD Model and can somehow remove the drivetrain from it and throw it onto your FWD one. (Which usually won't work just like that, usually requires lots of custom fabrication). You can get a cheap 4g63t @ Cophers or from someone locally I'd say as cheap as $700 and it should be fine.
