That being said low 8s on a 88H GK is not that bad of an accomplishment either, I'm sure if Nero wanted to invest the time in the Supra again like he does the Celicas it would be a 7 second car no questions asked.
Did you video tape that 216.8 run last week, I think that will let you know what a largeframe turbo on a Titan 2J will do. If not I'm sure we'll see in Vegas.

Yes I know exactly what the MSP car consists of and I never said Titan's car was not impressive for the size turbo that they are limited to due to their Greddy sponsorship. In the past the MSP car has always weighed in higher then the Titan car, I never implied it was anywhere near full weight though as it is definitely a light weight when it comes to supras as well. I was also there in TX when I was invited into Titan's rig to watch the footage from Fridays test runs at HRP. Needless to say alot of nitrous out the hole made that car truly haul ass while being all over the track. In case you dont know what I am talking about it was an 8.05 and yanked the front wheels. During the test runs is when they damaged the motor causing them to be on 5 cylinders for Saturdays race.
As for the 216.80 run. I was standing right there watching that pass and the mph was definitely impressive. It was also a scary pass to watch to say the least. They took a risk with that one and somehow Brad was lucky enough that the car stayed in the small groove on that shitty ass track. Seeing what happened to so many cars that weekend I'm sure you will agree that it was a scary pass. The mph was impressive but the ET for that kind of mph was not there and that reflects the shitty track. There are plenty of people that make enough power in the class to run those speeds, just most people were tuning their shit down knowing how many people had crashed and not wanting to do so themselves.
