It looked like a NOPI race car, fiberglass front clip, etc. BTW, I think I could live with 1.5 60', and I am rear wheel drive.

That was him and the whole car is stock metal. No fiberglass front end. It does have an aluminum dash and is light. It runs 11.30@119mph in the 1/4.
