I don't see what the big deal is. You installed a turbo in a new motor, left over motor shavings or what not got into the turbos thrust bearing through oil passage ways and then you want them to warranty it? They tell you not to install new turbos on new motors for this reason alone, so if it does destory a turbo its not a new one. They are not covering it for foreign metals found in the turbo, plain and simple and I don't see why they should honestly... no offense
