I'm getting a notarized statement from a local turbo rebuilder on the subject.Everyone and thier mom who i have talked to is on my side about the matter.The statement that still surprises me is NEVER INSTALL A NEW TURBO ON A NEW MOTOR.What a load of bullsh*t.
