i know its the relay cause when i had it on a switch it was fine but the relays wired right it just pulls a lot of amps im going to check that exact amount its pulling tomorrow at school. Im pretty sure this will fix it cause in theory the computer will calculate the amount of load being cause by the draw and compinsate the RPMs but ill post how it goes incase anyone one else has this problem down the road
