I'm assuming it's a JL stealth box? If so, they usually come with their own version of the w3. Go with a mono amp that does atleast a solid 250w rms. If you can't figure out how to install everything yourself, go down to Sound Advice....we're a JL authorized retailer and will install whatever you have.
