if its not turbo, or unless you are planning on running a lot of nitrous or something DO NOT put 3mm apex seals in it. you dont need them if you are NA. i dont even like them on turbo cars. they lower your redline because they are so heavy, and they will jump on the housing. unless that is you plan on spending almost $2000 on ceramic ones.
