The ports on the itr are not bigger than stock b16a. The itr has a slight polish in the valve bowl area on the intake side and maybe the exhaust too the valves and valve job are also different on the intake side only. The port dimensions are the same though. from your pictures it looks to not be an itr head although a cleaner shot of the intake valve bowl area will help tell for sure. ITR heads also have green paint on the back side by the distributor.
