man...you dont have to hack to fucking to do this shit...everything is at your finger tips....if u ever wanna check a number....www.infospace.com and do reverse look up...want directions? go to maps.yahoo.com if you get stuck and cant find his number anywhere...call his cell phone...see what service he is using...call up the service and give them a bullshit excuse...phone num and they might ask for zip or social...give zip its easier...change his msg on his phone i think he will call u when he hears your message...but there are many angles to handle this....if u know his plates....go to your local tax collector office or DMV ...give them his plate number they will give u all information concerning him for 20 or so bux...believe me...its hard to hide in this world now...only the strong will survive
