yes, i'm thinking about getting it too.

it's an alpine unit that looks like a 9855



but it has a color screen but looks liek the biolite display (its like the same display but color)

they have the DVA-7996 out its kinda old but does the same thing (plays DVD's from one DIn and you hook it up to a monitor, etc)
