Well, I really think the cop is going to show up. The original court date was for June but he changed it, I guess he couldn't make it on that date. So the first court appearance isn't really a trail, just for a plea? Has anyone been to court with the officer there and actually was let off or the judge dismissed it? Thanks.

So there is a possibility of a heavy court fees?
