http://carbidebur.com/ not local but they have high quality bits and are reasonably priced. Also they can re-sharpen your old bits at about a quarter of the price of a new one. Another place that carries them is http://www.goodson.com/ allthough, several of the bits i've used from goodson used up really fast and werent very sharp...
