Well, its come time to put my first supra up on the barrel head. ive had this car since the beginning of 2003. it was bought at a police auction and i picked it up w/ a BHG, power steering leak, torn leather front seats, and Shot paint.
this was going to be the platform for my T88H/N20/Stroker 7MGTE. unfortunately, i deemd a targa top, liftback too weak of a chassis for my goals for a Street car w/o cage. im going to order a Z20 soarer for my big project. so, i have no use for this car. the car was down for over a year as my plans kept changing. since i decided to build a soarer, i have put this car back to stock. I am including a few mods which will offset the price reduction for the torn front seats.
the entire interior is in great shape EXCEPT for the front seat covers. they are shot. i was quoted $460 for new front seat leathers from toyota, the entire kit. so i will automatically deduct $500 from what a Pristene 1991 Turbo books for: $6000.
this car is mechanically sound and ready to be modded. if you are looking for a clean MK3 with fresh motor and ready for mods, THIS IS IT!
I completely rebuilt the 7MGTE and have all the reciepts for your records. a few of the goodies included in the car are:
Cryotreated 0.5mm oversized pistons
PlasmaMoly rings
New wrist pins and clips
Shotpeened stock rods
Micropolished 7M crank
Clevite 77 main, rod and thrust bearings

HKS 2.0 Stopper Metal headgasket
ARP head studs torqued to 105 lb/ft with moly lube
Reconditioned head with valves reground and lapped, new valve stem seals.
All vaccum lines replaced w/ High Temp Silicone and zip ties
Throttle body and ISC coolant lines bypassed
SOGI short shifter mod
New shifter bushings
Clutch Net 3-puck Feramic sprung hub clutch
new Pilot bearing and Throwout bearing
Walbro 255HP with custom 4awg wiring
J-tube restriction eliminated
fuel pump relay and resistor pack eliminated
EVERY thing on this car works as it should, just as it rolled off the factory floor...except the AC. i had to purge it when i did the motor rebuild. that needs to be taken to a professional to pull a vaccum and recharged. i dont have the resources to do that myself.
the Paint is Freshly high-speed polished w/ 3M compound and waxed for protection. the side moldings are repainted with factory Super Red II paint.
