Yeah I know Alan, but his remarks we're from yesterday or the day before.Now if he were to admit how immature those remarks sounded and actually show a GENUINE interest in Auto-X the I would be as friendly and helpful as I can possibly be. BTW, FLNeonRT I saw you parked at the FSF just spectating...Once you pay the initial SCCA dues, is $20 really that much for a day of safe, legal and the absolute most fun driving experience ever??? Think about if you messed up on the street or someone cut you off, or an elderly person (this is FL, we're full of them) pulls out in front of you. Death, destruction of your prized car (and don't try to pass it off like it's just a car...I know you love that car) mountains of tickets, court costs, lawyer costs, INSURANCE costs (those are always the worst). I have a customer who, when he was 18, flipped his car while being a jackass on the streets. His 17 year old best friend and passenger was killed. He's now 20 something and it still haunts him today.
That's really cheaper than the $20 you have to throw down on Sunday????? BTW, sorry, I don't have a handbook handy so I can't tell you what class you would be in.
