Hey Al, you cut out your entire cowl right? Now that the car has been on the street for a few weeks, any problems that you see creeping up? Have you been twisting the chassis much yet, or has it all been pretty easy cruising miles thus far? I'm just wondering how the windshield is holding up at the bottom, is there enough support in the remaining cowl/firewall area to prevent cracking etc on hard launches? Do you even see this as a consideration or am I just paranoid? I "clearanced" mine in the middle but after seeing your pictures it looks like you removed the entire thing and remounted the weather stripping at the base of the windshield. With my big hood I think I could make it look better without having any of the cowl there, not to mention it would help access to the master cylinder which is now WAY under there. The metal is at least trimmed around that area but the plastic covers the entire cap area making filling a PITA. Any thoughts?
