i'm wanting to get Florida plates sometime soon, but do I need Florida insurance? i'm still under my parents since i'm in college and have straight A's.. but don't want my own down here.

since i'm under my parents, it's hella cheap and i don't need more bills.

if i keep my ohio insurance, can i get florida plates? just curious.
