why? because there's no way to know both sides of the story. we- tamparacing, i mean-we're not the police, nor judge, nor do we have any place trying to mediate such arguments.

as for everyone saying they would kick this guy's ass- no, you wouldnt.
for one of either two reasons: you're a full of shit pussy hardass, or you're smart enough to realize going to jail is hardly worth the satisfaction- and then being sued by him.

and for driss's friend- if you sympathize with him in the slightest way, you're just as bad as he is.
