paypal is the worst thing you can use, If they use a credit card to send the money paypal they can wait till they get the product call the c/c company and cancel the transaction. Paypal will only try to get the money if they are unsuccesful they go no further. Best thing to do is to meet at the bank with the person and have him bring either cash or cashiers check (the bank will know right away if the check is fake obviously)
