I need expert advise. I want traction, BAD

Should i go with slicks or DRs?

Act 2600 with street disk from bay city clutch, all 4 prothane mounts. I heard slicks are rough on the drivetrain with poly mounts, and i cant slip the clutch with slicks, just dump it, or ill fry my clutch. I also hear that drag radials wheel hop bad, and i dont want that. So what is my best bet, slicks or DRs.
