Thats free. Take off your engine harness and trace everything and clean it up. Doesn't require a 600whp car. Ask Nchatch or Alberto about wiring issues.
Mtber, now while a wideband is definately a good purchases, he isn't looking to tune his own car. He is trying to fight problems and have a solid setup...before tuning. Adj. FPR and FP gauges are definately a nice tool to have. Sure the small gauge under the hood and stock OEM regulator are going to work, but to a certain extent. I offer suggestions that are open and not a definitive rejection of ideas. Don't get upset because I bust your nuts, just leaving the door open for all the possibilities for using different tools.
