i know that, i used to manage an auto parts store. but some employees who didnt care would still sell it, and then get fired. i just checked the prices for R134A and its only like $7. i just thought he was talking about R12 bc he said,
I know alot with newer cars probably dont even buy the stuff but us older cars tend to have small leaks,lol
R12 is for pre 94, R134A is for newer vehicles.
he probably is talking about putting R134A in his vehicle though, its probably retrofitted since its older.
