Bringing my 240sx down from Oklahoma in a month or less, for a project. I don't want the HUD anymore.

I am willing to trade my HUD cluster (about 170k miles), HUD unit (works just fine) and dash if you want (one 8" crack) for your analog cluster and dash, plus some cash.
