You don't force gas into the combustion chamber when you use nitrous oxide, you are "injecting" it into the manifold/runners and the intake cycle still has to complete and suck in the nitrous that is out there. Forced induction forces oxygen into the combustion chamber, where as you can spray a 500shot on a car but it doesn't mean it's using all of it. Ever heard of nitrous pudling in runners/manifolds and causing the motor to blow?

Nitrous oxide is not forced induction.
