If the Neon you saw as Blue w/ exhause and has silver wheels, that car is definitly one of the quickest Neons in the area in my opinion. It is a single cam, thats right, an SOHC motor w/ some nice work done to it but I will tell you this, it is all motor. He is definitly a car I wouldn't want to race right now w/ my current performance in mind.
does he have a carbon fiber hood??? if so i beat him a while back but i heard he got more stuff done or something... i thought he was running low 15's high 14's... maybe im wrong... but i know the one was blue..
