Depends on what you have done, as always. But on a more serious note, I found, atleast through my experiences that the Neon engines are very tempermental. Its like it has a mind of its own. It can run strong all day long and when you race someone, it feels like it is not working for you. At the same time, it can be reserved all day long and when you jump on it, the car comes alive. For instance, I can't pull a good time at the track for my life. Consistant 16.5' all day long. Now, on the street, I can hang w/ a low 15 second car. I don't know wether its me holding back or the car (I would like to think its the car), but it just doesn't run strong at the track.
Personally, I would like to run a low 14 all motor before a shot but I'll probably spray it anyways in the mean time.
