Raced on 19 going north in Contryside. He had a weight advantage on me. But, the R/T was strong. Charles was a witness as he was in my car. We approached the bridges on 19 near Countryside and every time he down shifted, he jumped a bit more then I did but my ECU helped even the playing field cause I could hold my gears longer and make power all the way to red line. He liked to jump on it for a sec and then when I would down shift and start pulling up to him, he would back off so he thought he was the winner. Well, after he did this twice, I managed to get him to stay on it and this time he didn't let off. He had a car on me at the start but I reeled him in slowly and by the time he let off, I had a fender on him and still going. It wasn't a huge margin of victory, but it was still a win and a good race at that. I don't get to many chances to highway battle w/ a car that is close to mine. Still, a very good race.
