FWD teg can beat you on a track with actual turns. Don't even think about racing a 240 or some of the other RWD import, that would just be a rape session.
I also find it rediculous when I read a parts catalog or what not and the same parts for 1950's chevy's or fords are still being shared with the later 80's early 90's models.

The entire point of this discussion was to say that for high horsepower, it's hard to beat a very strong factory engine made to take it.
No one said anything, at all, about handling, or roadracing.
