2nd.. About that 282whp. you should rethink that question.. People that have 7th gens and have body kits have those cars for looks... People dont just spend alomst 17-18 thousand dollars on a car there are going to fuck up and gut them inside . So thats why if you slap a turbo in em and run 7psi's.. You'll be in that line,. Where you car most likely looks good, A/C works. Power windows,etc.. So with a lil boost you'll be walking b16's << header exahust intake.
And another one... If you think this guy wanted to Hit 282whp.. I doubt he would be asking US for what kinda turbo or swap he should get.....
I would more then likley think he would be telling you...!
Not to be a dick but I really don't know what you are getting at with this post at all. As i mentioned many threads ago, most car enthusiasts don't touch their car once and than call it a day. You might think that you are going to strap on a turbo and than you will be happy forever but that isn't the case. Nine times out of ten you will be looking to do something again within a year or so. At that point he will be stuck with a d17 with not many options, and not many people who have made more power reliably. Could this be why you are selling your own?

To recap:
-Which path makes a little more power at first? The turbo kit....in most cases.
-Which one costs more? From what i've heard, they are extremely similar.
-Which one has way more potential down the road? The k20 swap
-Which one is more reliable? The k20 swap
-Which one comes with a gorgeous 6-speed tranny? The k20 swap
