that dizzy plug is fuked up. look at where the pins are they are chewed up. that would cause much problems. the guy that re-pinned that plug fucked it up. looking at that it looks like an obd1 dizzy with a obd2 plug. in 1 day I could fix your wiring problems. I think its actually an OBD2 dizzy with an OBD1 plug...I just look up the model number of the currenty dizzy and came up with this...

ItsGinn looked at the plug and noticed its pretty fucked up as well. I'll PM you and see if you can help me out.
