that dizzy plug is fuked up. look at where the pins are they are chewed up. that would cause much problems. the guy that re-pinned that plug fucked it up. looking at that it looks like an obd1 dizzy with a obd2 plug. in 1 day I could fix your wiring problems. I fixed computers/installed systems/alarms before I learned about engines.
