I believe Frank is trying to say how that 4xx hp Integra isn't going to be much more reliable than a 4xx hp muscle car.

Actually, I'd be willing to bet the muscle car was 10x as reliable, seeing as how it was made to handle that much power all day long, while the Integra was never made to take that kind of power.

It's like compaing reliabllity between a Corvette and a Civic of the same horsepower level. You throw shit like reliability and gas mileage out the window on the Civic.
