It is nearly impossible to make an Integra "unique" considering the boggling number of modified Integras on the road.

Don't get a cold-air intake unless you understand that you will never be able to drive through a puddle again, no matter how shallow you think it is. Only go NA if you just want to make the car faster than it is now, because you're not going to make it fast that way. Go turbo if you want a car that is at least somewhat capable of getting out of its own way.
