It depends how fast you wanna be honestly...

Just a fun get around town car-Intake,header,exhaust,toda cams,safc,edelbrock intake manifold...

Wanna be faster?-Custom turbo kit or nitrous,EMS,

Wanna be REALLY fast?-Sleeve the block,EMS,internals,and a big turbo
