red= 12v switched ignition, if your car is like mine, there are extra power studs in the fuse box under the dash. get a test light and see which stud gets power when you turn the ignition key, or wire it into the ignition.

black= ground, attach this anywhere to the metal body

white= lights, there should also be a stud in the fuse box that gets power when you turn on the lights, otherwise find the wires for your lights and splice.

green= distributor, you can splice this into the blue/green wire on your distributor or you can take out your guage cluster and hook it to your existing tach.

btw, the reason you are getting flamed is because only ricers and highschool kids put big ass tachs in their cars.
