Yeah....me too! However, I was actually proud of the way I launched on this 240....I think I got out of the whole with good speed and no bogging It was my reaction time that killed me on this one. I am still timid of launching any higher than 3700-4000 rpms.....even though some people tell me that is the best and fastest way to get out of the whole, I guess! Too me launching at 5000 or 6000 rpm is the fastest way to blow the tranny, winning the race is just not that important to me I think that is why Subies have a bad rep with their trannys, b/c all these new drivers drop the clutch at like 6000K rpm. I don't think I have the balls to drop the clutch at 5k-6k rpms ........Even if it does slam you back in your seat and come out the hole like a bat outta hell
