all i know is i have a friend that bought and apirlla(sp?) scooter from there with the service warranty. he kept taking it in for a coolant smell and leak. they kept telling him nothing was wrong because as of that time it would have been fixed for free. then he came in that a thermostat was bad so they fixed that at his cost and they even noted there was a small leak but did nothing. next daywhat ever it was broke completely . now they wanted to charge him alot of money to pull the bike apart when they could have just fixed it very easly when they had the thermostat out. needs less to say it took him having to send an e-mail to the actual head manager(not the service manager who is a dick so i am told) for this to get fixed. not only was it fixed. but they paid the tow fee/ all the repairs minus the parts/ and paid to have it retowed to his house.
this was all good but he had to go through alot of screaming and hollering to get this done.
