You're okay with the brake lines and the gauges so long as you're adding gauges, not replacing the stock ones. Boost controller is a no-no for stock.
If you want to be eligible for a season championship you need to join SCCA. You can do that at an event anytime during the year. Otherwise, just come out and drive.
