its true "sweetspot" is 20-21 psi;

that is where it becomes truely lethal.


the issues of the stock solenoid being capable of holding boost and acheiving decent spool is a pertinent one.

there are solutions for that, too...

with th sr55 on the ej257, (and the correct intercoolie, intake, ebc solenoid, and exhaust) you will still have VERY good spool, and the ability to advance ignition timing down low to offset any perceived lag.... (keeping in mind that this motor is a time sensitive beast).

my guess...... 380hp/370tq SAE corrected

i expect it, actually............ (with the 3" stro exhaust even)
