Spend the money controlling the horspower you have now. These are all good choices you made:

6" swingarm
2-Stage Lock-Up Clutch
Third an Airshifter
lighter wheels

I would do the airshifter first then the lockup then the boost controller. Who needs lighter tires when you have all that horspower? Your ET for the 1/4 mile will be greatly affected in the first 1/8th mile as someone said before. You donlt gain alot of time accerating the last 1/8th mile. Top end gearing can help with a turbo, they love a load on them. You can break chains and gears at any point on the track, wherever you apply the most horspower is where you break things on a track. It will all come together any way you do it, you just have to do it to get there.
