cecil 1/8 is so not where your bike will be any good. you have insane top end and you need to be somewhere you will at least have a chance to have both wheels on the ground. you trap in the 1/8 almost what i trap in the 1/4. that probably will trap in the 150ish range in the 1/4 or higher. i would say expect low 9's until you get a little better at the track. just my two cents though.
ohh yea thanks alot for letting everyone know you were going. i wouldn't have wanted to go or anything.
It was difficult to apply any power in the 1/8th.
Short wheelbase and top-end gearing... not the best set-up for the 1/8th mile.
I was short shifting around 7K to avoid excessive spin and wheelies.
I'll get better... got to start somewhere.
However, it was still a blast.
