Well, while a new block would be nicer than fixing up the old one it will be much cheaper to have someone weld in the hole where the helicoil ripped out if its too big for an insert.

As far as the broken bolts go, they can be drilled out like last time.

As far as costs go I can't say since the office handles the financial end, but I can tell you that right now our turn around time would be over 2 weeks cause we are backed up with a ton of work right now.
