I haven't bought a hyundai, but the last one I had traded in had 225,000 miles on it, and yes, the auto tranny was bad. Air was still cold, motor ran fine. Of course, going by what the Honda elitests say, the previous owner probably spent $200,000 keeping it on the road that long
