How concerned are the fuel cars with sealing coolant and oil passages? Not very. They don't even run coolant in them. Launch on the other hand is quite concerned with avoiding oil and coolant leaks in his daily driver.
Fuel cars run solid copper gaskets. Solid copper gaskets are notorious for not sealing coolant and oil well. See where I'm headed here? Just because a gasket can seal a 8000hp motor thats rebuilt every 10 seconds of run time doesn't mean its good for a daily driver.
